Ask us to close your account and erase what it holds. No app required.

What deleting does

You are signed out and can no longer sign in.
Your stories, illustrations and voice recordings are hidden straight away.
For 90 days the account can still be restored — write to support from the same address.
After 90 days everything is erased permanently and cannot be recovered.

What we keep, and why

A record of credit purchases and refunds survives the erasure, with the personal details stripped out. Payment law requires us to keep it, and it can no longer be traced back to you by name or email.
